WELCOME TO THE CSR COMPASS
A free online tool for responsible supply chain management
What is responsible supply chain management?
Responsible supply chain management is the work on improving social and environmental standards at the suppliers. To many companies, it is a key basis to get started on CSR work. Watch video
To whom is it relevant?
It is relevant to almost any company operating on growth markets and developing countries. At these markets, companies often run into a number of unfamiliar risks, and they will often have to relate to problems they do not know from their work in Denmark or Europe.
What can the CSR Compass do for you?
More and more companies receive demands of CSR from their customers. They call for a code of conduct or the like. The CSR Compass can help you work out a response for your customers in the form of a declaration. The tool can also help you work out your own code of conduct, that is a guideline for your cooperation with your suppliers.
What else can the CSR Compass do for you?
For inspiration, you can find a number of examples from Danish Companies working with responsible supply chainmanagement. Also links to trade organizations certification schemes and country profiles are available for you to start from the challenges of your specific company.
